Topshell cocktail



Ingredients:

    • Topshell: 1 can,
    • Ketchup: 5 tbs,
    • Chop Green Onion: 1 tbs,
    • Chop Tomato: 1 tbs,
    • Black Pepper: at your preference,
    • Lemon: at your preference,
    • Salt: at your preference,
    • Avocado: Half fresh avocado,
    • Albacar: leaves for decoration.

Preparation:

    1. Open the can of topshell and save the juice.
    2. Chop the topshell in small cocktail squares, place them in a round glass dish and leave it soaking with the lemon.
    3. First chop the green onion very finely and add in to the topshell.
    4. The tomato is chopped in very small pieces and added to the topshell.
    5. The ketchup is added, mixing all ingredients together.
    6. Add the topshell juice, the salt and the pepper.
    7. Decorate with the avocado slices and the leaves of albacar.
