Topshell cocktail

Ingredients:
- Topshell:
1 can,
- Ketchup:
5 tbs,
- Chop
Green Onion: 1 tbs,
- Chop
Tomato: 1 tbs,
- Black
Pepper: at your preference,
- Lemon:
at your preference,
- Salt:
at your preference,
- Avocado:
Half fresh avocado,
- Albacar:
leaves for decoration.
Preparation:
- Open
the can of topshell and save the juice.
- Chop
the topshell in small cocktail squares, place them in a round glass
dish and leave it soaking with the lemon.
- First
chop the green onion very finely and add in to the topshell.
- The
tomato is chopped in very small pieces and added to the topshell.
- The
ketchup is added, mixing all ingredients together.
- Add
the topshell juice, the salt and the pepper.
- Decorate
with the avocado slices and the leaves of albacar.
