Fettuccini Italian Style Topshell

Ingredients:
- Topshell:
1 can,
- Tomato
Paste: 2 table spoons,
- Black
Olives: 8 medium olives,
- Albacar
30 grams.,
- Olive
Oil 2 tea spoons,
- Salt
and Pepper: at your preference,
- Fetuccinni:
300 grams.,
- Fresh
Tomato: 30 grams.,
- Butter:
1 tablespoon.
Preparation:
- Boil
two cups of water and add a teaspoon of olive oil.
- When
is on boiling point, add the fettuccini, mixing constantly until is
well cook.
- Remove
the fettuccini from the heat, rinse thoroughly, and place it in a
big plate.
- In
a big pan heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil, stir fry the fettuccini,
moving constantly, add salt and peper.
- In a
separate pan, heat the tablespoon of butter until in melts, immediately
add the slices of topshell, add the tomato paste. Add the 30 grams
of fresh chopped tomato and the albacar.
- In
a big plate put a bed of fettuccini, on top serve the topshell in
tomato sauce.
- Decorate
with the 8 black olives.
