Marinated topshell

Ingredients:
- Topshell:
1 can,
- Lemon:
2 green medium lemons,
- Caper-Bush:
one tea spoon,
- Sliced
white Onion: 40 grams,
- Coriander:
10 grams,
- Chop
Fresh Tomato: I whole medium fresh red tomato,
- Pepper:
At your preference.
Preparation:
- Open
up a can of topshell and cut fine and thin slices.
- Marinate
the topshell adding the lemon, sliced onion, caper-bush, and the pepper.
- Let
it rest for 15 minutes.
- Add
the chopped tomato and the chopped coriander, and mix all ingredients
together.
- To
serve, at your preference, prepared on bed of slice round cucumbers
and serve the topshell on top.
